Examination and clinical safety take priority over requested travel dates, package inclusions or sightseeing plans.
Treatment changes
Online directions are preliminary. Findings during examination or imaging may change treatment, timing and cost.
Travel services
Hotel, transfer and interpreter services must be listed in a written offer with the responsible provider, payment, amendment and cancellation conditions.
Deposits and cancellations
Only the terms included in the patient's written offer apply. Patients should not pay until provider identity, refund conditions and included services are clear.
Complaints and urgent care
Contact [email protected] for service concerns. Severe swelling, uncontrolled bleeding, breathing difficulty or another emergency requires local emergency care rather than website communication.
