The enquiry form collects contact details, country, treatment interest, preferred travel period and the message you choose to provide. Do not enter detailed medical records in the form.
Purpose and access
Information is used to answer enquiries, coordinate appointments and prepare an initial treatment direction. Access should be limited to authorized clinic and coordination staff.
WhatsApp and external services
Clinical photographs or X-rays sent through WhatsApp are also processed under WhatsApp's terms and infrastructure. Google Maps, Pexels and consented analytics may process technical data when used.
Retention and rights
Enquiry records should be retained only as long as required for communication, legal obligations and legitimate clinic administration. Contact the clinic to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
Medical limitation
An online review is preliminary and does not create a diagnosis or final treatment plan.
